I am a huge Wimbledon tennis fan. It wasn't until a week ago that I had a feeling of panic , when I realised my Princess Cruise would clash with the tournament. My husband consoled me, and we decided there was a good chance Princess would be screening some of the big matches.
Well, I was extremely excited to see the Princess Cruises press release, announcing Princess were going to 'serve-up' a Wimbledon programme across all 15 Princess ships between July 3 – 16. There will be coverage for guests, and the three sailing from Southampton – Sky Princess, Regal Princess, and Island Princess, will be showing matches on the movie screens.
But it's not just a serving of strawberries and cream, with a glass of Pimms we will be getting. Oh no, Princess are serving an 'Ace' with cruise deals and onboard credit.
From July 4 to September 5, Princess customers can claim up to $600 onboard spend when they book a cruise sailing in 2024 or 2025. In addition, any bookings made during the tournament, will receive an extra $100 cruise credit.
Princess Cruises are also sponsoring tennis players during this year’s Wimbledon championships. So keep an eye out to spot which players are wearing the logo during the tournament. Princess are offering a great treat for all customers. You could say this really is Game, Set and Match!
